If you wish to consult me only about nutrition then I will ask you to keep an accurate food diary for a week to illustrate your normal eating patterns. We will then meet up and assess what needs changing to optimise your food input. I will give recommendations tailored specifically for you. Remember that faddy diets DO NOT WORK.
