Personal training is planned to suit you, either one to one or small group sessions, at your home or close by outdoors. No need to travel to a gym, I will come to you and provide a varied and fun training program. Flexible appointments to fit with your busy schedule.

 

What does the process involve? The process starts with an initial consultation which will include:

Postural analysis Resting heart rate & blood pressure check Weight, body fat and muscle mass analysis
Goal setting Nutritional advice Peak expiratory flow setting

With the information from the consultation and your intended goals in mind a program, including nutritional advice, and exercises is constructed aimed at achieving your goals and aspirations. As you progress the program will be updated. The aim is to fit in with your time constraints and for the program to be both fun and varied.
