How does it work?

Want to get fit but don’t know how?  Don’t fancy a gym?  Health or weight issues?  De-motivated or bored?  No time?  Sedentary job?  A personal trainer can help you overcome all these.  You don't need to be young or active - your programme will suit your abilities.

A consultation is the first step.  I will check: your posture; resting heart rate, blood pressure and breathing; weight, body fat and muscle mass; and diet.  We will talk about your goals.  Then we will agree on training to suit you, either at your home or outdoors.  I cover Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire including: Chesterfield, Dronfield, Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Clay Cross, Alfreton, Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby, Ashbourne, Belper, Matlock, Darley Dale, Wirksworth, Bakewell, Baslow, Ashover, Hathersage, Buxton. At these locations I offer Personal Training 1-1 or small group.
